Veteran Resources

North Central District Health Department's (NCDHD) goals is to assists veterans and their family members find and use available resources and information. NCDHD is working to assist veterans in our area:

• Work and collaborate with local Veteran Resource Officers and agencies to promote and create awareness of veteran resources that help connect veterans and/or their family members to resources and services they may need. 
   

• Assess the needs of veteran population through NCDHD Community Health Assessment which gives us the tools to learn about the needs of veterans and/or their family members.
