NCDHD vaccination staff

Immunizations

The North Central District Health Department offers immunizations for all ages.

​

Immunizations are offered at mobile clinics throughout our district and at our main office in O'Neill on Thursdays from 9:00-4:00.  See our NCDHD Event Calendar for dates and times we will be in your area. 

 

All NCDHD clinics are walk-in clinics, meaning you do not need an appointment.  Please call our office if you are not able to make it to a clinic during the specified hours, we will work with you to find a time that works. 

If you have difficulty with mobility, please talk to clinic staff about options for remaining in your vehicle to get your vaccination.  A wheelchair is also available at all clinics for those that need a little extra help.

For individuals with disabilities who are homebound, please contact our office to access accommodations (402) 336-2406.

Have you misplaced or lost your vaccine records?  Did you know you can see your record in NESIIS, the state wide vaccine recording system?  See below for a link to the state wide website.  Having trouble finding or accessing your records?  Call and visit with our staff for assistance.

  • Human Papilloma Virus (HPV)

  • Jynneos (MPOX)

  • Travel vaccinations are also available:  Typhoid, Japanese Encephalitis*

NCDHD requires all individuals wanting vaccinated for any vaccine to complete a consent form. To save yourself time, please complete the form ahead of time. Forms will be available at each clinic as well.
