COVID CHAT: New Isolation Guidelines

NCDHD discuss the new isolation guidelines for individuals that test positive for COVID-19. People with COVID-19 should isolate for at least 5 days after symptoms begin or after a positive test if asymptomatic. If they are asymptomatic or their symptoms are resolving (without fever for 24 hours), they must follow that by 5 days of wearing a mask when around others to minimize the risk of infecting people they encounter.

Remember, this guidance ONLY applies to the general population. Healthcare workers, individuals who are severely ill with COVID-19, and immunocompromised individuals have different guideline recommendations. If questioning when you should end your isolation period, call your local provider or NCDHD at 402-336-2406.

A pure black screen is a versatile visual tool used to emphasize key moments, create suspense, and direct attention in videos, presentations, and design. It’s often used as a transition between scenes, a backdrop for urgent messages, or a frame to display important text or calls-to-action. Black screens are widely seen in cinematic storytelling, training videos, and public service announcements to create emotional impact, build anticipation, and ensure critical information stands out with maximum clarity.https://blackscreen.onl
