Sleeping father and child cuddled under blankets in bed.

Feeling tired?Ā You’re not alone. Most Nebraskans aren’t getting enough sleep. In fact, 73.7% of high school students get fewer than 8 hours a night, and 31.1% of adults get less than 7. That’s more than just groggy mornings. It’s a real health concern.

Join usĀ for ā€œSleepless in Nebraskaā€Ā with Brittany Spieker and discover simple, practical strategies to start sleeping better beginning tonight.

In this session, you will:

  • Learn the stages of sleep and what happens in your body and brain during each one

  • Understand how poor sleep impacts your health, safety, and overall well-being

  • Identify habits that may be keeping you tossing and turning

  • Explore the connection between sleep deprivation and chronic disease

  • Create your own personalized sleep routine

This is your chance to stop running on empty and start getting the rest you deserve.
