We’re launching the North Central Healthy Aging Coalition and you’re invited to be part of it. This new community coalition brings together partners who care about healthy aging, dementia care, caregiver support, and brain health across our region.

By joining, you can:

• Connect with others passionate about aging and dementia care

• Share updates on services and community resources

• Learn about upcoming trainings, events, and initiatives

• Strengthen caregiver support, advocacy, and collaboration
